Service Description
Get a little glimpse of Mini's chubby cheeks. This package includes: *A few 2D images *Listening to baby's heartbeat *6-7 printed black and white pictures -3D/4D imaging -Gender confirmation if desired -Baby's position **Your choice of a Heartbeat Bear PLUS ** your choice of a Heartbeat Jewelry -Online Gallery of all the images and videos sent to your email within 24 hours. **For Twins, there will be a $25 upcharge. Please call or text to schedule this appointment. If you only book a 30 minute scan, we will only be able to get a few pictures of each baby in that time frame. ***We can attempt 3D/4D imaging anytime after 20 weeks, but for the BEST quality imaging, it is recommended to get your scan done between 28-32 weeks. This is when baby has their chubby cheeks coming in and just enough wiggle room to give us those picture-perfect moments
Cancellation Policy
Due to recurrent no-shows, we have had to implement a new booking policy. As of 8/18/2026, we now require a card on file when booking. Your card will NOT be charged when you book (unless you choose to pay in full). The only time your card will be charged is if you "No-show or No-show/No Response". If you do not own a credit/debit/apple pay card, please reach out to us directly at 704-301-4625. IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW, or NO-SHOW/ NO CALL/RESPONSE, your card on file will be charged $20. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you are 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule. Note: Same day appointments require at least a 1 hour notice. (If booking a 2pm appointment, you would need to book by 1pm to assure that time frame as we are by appointment only and not always in office)
