Your card will NOT be charged when you book (unless you choose to pay in full). The only time your card will be charged is if you "No-show or No-show/No Response". If you do not own a credit/debit/apple pay card, please reach out to us directly at 704-301-4625. IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW, or NO-SHOW/ NO CALL/RESPONSE, your card on file will be charged $20. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you are 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule. Note: Same day appointments require at least a 1 hour notice. (If booking a 2pm appointment, you would need to book by 1pm to assure that time frame as we are by appointment only and not always in office)
